HOW TO USE:
Our tubes are childproof by design
- Peel at perforated part of the label.
- Squeeze firmly at both sides of the tube to pop open.
- Place toothpick in mouth and suck on one end of the pick. Think of it more like a lollipop than a toothpick.
- You can flip over toothpick to repeat on other end.
- When the wood has softened, you can lightly imprint teeth to release more ingredients.
Suggested 20-25 minutes for maximum use. Use and discard. Do not swallow.

Store Policies
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days
from delivery, we only offer an exchange of unused, packaged product for equal or greater value. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Additionally, we offer a $4 flat rate shipping label credit towards a return label. Any return shipping costs over $4 are required to be paid by the customer. If you wish to exchange an item for another flavor or type, please send us an email at info@xeropicks.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
-Gift-cards and gifted items: If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
-Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded,
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
-Exchanged items: Once an item has been returned and exchanged for another product, it becomes final sale.

To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have a Xero Picks account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the Order History page. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm EST will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed
Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).
